We build inside the tools you already run.
VELO is platform-agnostic. Below is the stack we deploy on and connect to most often — including the awkward cases where a system has no API at all.

CRM platforms
The system of record. We build the pipeline, fields, roles, and automation natively inside whichever platform you already pay for.
- GoHighLevel
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Close
- Pipedrive
- Zoho CRM
Platform-agnostic by design. If you already own a licence, we build inside it rather than migrating you for our convenience.
Email, SMS & voice
Outbound and nurture delivery, including quiet-hours windows and opt-out handling on regulated verticals.
- Twilio
- ActiveCampaign
- Mailgun-class SMTP
- Native platform SMS/email
- Dialer hand-off
On the annuity network, first SMS touch fires in under 60 seconds of form submission, with advisor routing under two minutes.
Automation & orchestration
The glue between systems that were never designed to talk to each other, plus durable retries when one of them goes down.
- n8n
- Make
- Zapier
- Native webhooks
- Custom server functions
Failed hand-offs enter a durable queue with escalating backoff up to 720 minutes, so a vendor outage delays a lead instead of losing it.
Booking & calendars
Availability, round-robin assignment, and double-booking prevention across multiple calendars and time zones.
- Google Calendar
- Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Native platform calendars
- Round-robin routing
The White Sails build removed manual availability checks, which were the single largest source of double-booking risk.
Ads, pixels & attribution
Source attribution that survives the round trip from ad click to closed revenue, including offline conversion upload.
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- UTM + referrer capture
Every lead is stamped with UTMs, referrer, landing page, and GA client ID at submit time, so spend can be traced to pipeline stage.
Internal ops & alerting
Where the team actually lives day to day, plus the alerts that surface a broken automation before a client notices.
- Slack
- Google Sheets
- Supabase / Postgres
- Reporting dashboards
Queue exhaustion and sync failures post to a Slack channel, so silent failures become visible events.
Tools without an API
Legacy or closed systems still get connected — just through a different mechanism than a REST call.
- Scheduled CSV import/export
- Inbound email parsing
- Form-post bridges
- Manual review queue
We document the sync interval and its failure mode up front, so nobody assumes real-time behaviour from a nightly batch.
Why we don't migrate you by default
Most agencies lead with a platform because that's the platform they know. A migration you didn't ask for costs you retraining, historical data risk, and a second licence running in parallel while the cutover settles.
We recommend a move only when the current system genuinely can't carry the workflow — and when we do, the reason is written down before any work starts. Otherwise the build happens inside the licence you already hold.
What happens when an integration breaks
Every hand-off between systems is a place a lead can vanish. Failed calls enter a durable queue and retry with escalating backoff up to 720 minutes; when retries are exhausted, the failure posts to Slack as a visible alert rather than disappearing into a log nobody reads.
That design came out of the annuity advisory network, where 40+ isolated CRM instances meant a single silent sync failure could strand leads for an entire advisor without anyone noticing.
Data migration and deduplication
Existing records come across with a mapped field schema, a deduplication pass on email and phone, and a staged import so you can verify a sample before the full load runs. Source system stays intact until you sign off.
Full detail on migration, sync intervals, ownership, and cost sits in the Integrations FAQ.
Ownership after handoff
The build lives in your account, under your billing, with your credentials. You get written documentation of every automation, its trigger, and its failure mode — so the system is maintainable by someone who wasn't in the original build.
